5. NSFW and Mature Content

PostPlace allows certain content marked as not safe for work (NSFW), including:

• Depictions of violence or disturbing events
• Suggestive or mature themes
• Content not suitable for all audiences

Such content must be properly labeled using NSFW features.

The following is strictly prohibited:

• Pornographic or explicit sexual content
• Sexual content involving minors
• Extreme or gratuitous gore
• Illegal content

18+ Confirmation

Access to NSFW content may require you to confirm that you are at least 18 years old. By proceeding, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

We rely on user-provided confirmation and do not independently verify age.

6. Content Visibility and Ranking

Content on PostPlace may be ranked or displayed using automated systems and algorithms.

We do not guarantee:

• Visibility
• Reach
• Distribution of any content

Content ranking and visibility may change at any time without notice.

7. Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Remove or restrict any content
• Suspend or ban users
• Enforce these Terms at our discretion

We are not obligated to:

• Monitor all content
• Provide explanations for moderation actions

8. Reporting and Takedown Requests

Users may report content using in-app tools.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia.
